Terms of Service
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of noogabytes.com, which is run by Matt Forbush, doing business as NoogaBytes, in Chattanooga, Tennessee (“NoogaBytes,” “I,” or “me”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Prices and services
Prices, packages, and timelines on this site describe what I offer. They aren’t a binding offer, and I may change them at any time. Founder pricing is limited to the number of clients shown on the site and ends when those spots are filled.
Paid work starts only after we both agree to a written proposal or agreement. That document sets the scope, price, payment terms, and ownership of the work, and it takes priority over anything on this site.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, link to, and share pages from the site. Please don’t:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam through the contact form.
- Try to break into, overload, or interfere with the site or the servers behind it.
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or republish its content as your own.
Content and ownership
The text, design, graphics, and code of this site belong to NoogaBytes or are used with permission. Client names, screenshots, and quotes appear with their owners’ permission and remain theirs. You may quote short passages with credit and a link back.
Information, not advice
Blog posts, the pricing self-check, sample reports, and example results are general information. Results depend on your business, market, and many things outside my control, so they aren’t a promise of rankings, traffic, calls, or revenue.
Other websites
The site links to services I don’t run, such as Microsoft Bookings and client websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and I’m not responsible for their content.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” I work to keep it accurate and available, but I don’t promise it will always be error-free, current, or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NoogaBytes isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this site. This section covers use of the website only. Liability for paid work is set by our written agreement.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what the site collects and how it’s used.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
Changes
I may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and using the site after that means you accept it.
